摘要
合作体验教学方式是把学生分成若干合作小组,组员共同完成一项或者一系列有设计有关联的任务,这样个体和小组都处在相对真实的社区环境中。学习型社区从学术能力和社会交往技能多方面支持个体的发展。在汉语国际教育硕士培养课程中,加强生生互动、师生互动,引导学生合作体验,充分发挥主观能动性和创造力,在发展汉语教师技能的同时更快地弥补各自的短板,教师也在整体推进的同时因材施教,有效地帮助学生。
Cooperative-experience Learning is about dividing students into a number of cooperative groups.Team members then work together to complete one or a series of design-related tasks.Team members need to both cooperate and communicate in order to succeed.This process forges the individuals involved into a community;one which resembles a relatively realistic environment.This communal learning environment supports the development of the individual's academic ability,social interaction skills and other areas connected to social learning.Strengthening this practice in the curriculum of Master of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages(MTCSOL) and guiding the students using Cooperative-experience Learning will maximize student-student interaction,student-teacher interaction,student initiative and creativity in the development of the skill of teaching Chinese language as a second language or foreign language.These techniques can also be used to quickly make up for existing student shortcomings while simultaneously requiring teachers to be more individualized and effective in helping students.
