摘要 设计了能同时屏蔽GSM/CDMA/PHS等通信工具的屏蔽器系统.系统通过连续发射与通信工具上行频段一致的大功率干扰信号,破坏覆盖区内手机与基站的数据交换链路,从而实现屏蔽.系统由锯齿波发生器、压控振荡器(VCO)、射频功放等三部分构成,通过采用NE555定时器产生特定频率的锯齿波分别作用于GSM/CDMA/PHS频段的VCO,使其产生与之对应的频率信号,再将此频率信号送入射频功放模块RF3108,经功率放大后分别由各自频段的全向天线辐射出去,从而在一定区域内切断通信链路,达到屏蔽的目的.通过实测表明,该系统能有效屏蔽GSM/CDMA/PHS等通信工具,屏蔽范围不小于400m2. A shielding device that simultaneously screen GSM / CDMA / PHS communication tools are designed.It uses continuous emission of high-power uplink frequency interference signals to destroy the data exchange of mobile phones and base stations undermine the coverage area.The device is composed of sawtooth generator,VCO,and RF power amplifier.With a certain frequency of NE555 timer acting on the ramp GSM / CDMA / PHS band VCO,the NE555 timer produces their own communications frequency band signal which,then,is put into the RF power amplifier RF3108.After the signal is amplified,it radiates out by the respective antenna to interfere with a certain range of communication tools,to achieve the purpose of shielding.Through the test,it shows that the system can shield GSM / CDMA / PHS and other communication tools completely;the range of effective shielding is not less than 400m^2.
