This paper introduces five commonly used pre-treatment technologies for organic analysis such as liquid-liquid extraction,headspace,purge and trap,solid phase extraction and solid phase micro extraction.It also compares the advantages and disadvantages of each method with examples,and proposes the method about how to choose a suitable pre-treatment technology.
