摘要
以集约利用土地为导向,发展了一种分类测度建设用地碎化的指数方法,并分析了顺德城镇建设用地的碎化情况。结果显示:尽管顺德建设用地的整体破碎度较高,但相对而言,建成区内的工业用地和村镇居住用地更为破碎;在用地总量约束下,为了提高城乡空间品质以及降低建设用地的碎化度,建成区内的土地整理应作为重要的规划工具。顺德案例也表明,在快速工业化、城镇化进程中,与建设用地的总量扩张相比,用地碎化对城乡环境品质的影响更为关键。
This paper develops a quantitative and intuitive index approach for planners to analyze multiple fragmentation features across key landuse attributes within urban-areas. Applying this approach, the construction-land fragmentation in Shunde and its impacts on environment quality are analyzed. The results show that although the whole built-up area in Shunde is highly fragmented, the industrial and village residential areas are much higher fragmented. The land consolidation within built-up area is an important planning tool to improve urban-rural environment and lower the construction land fragmentation. The case of Shunde might reflect the key land-use problem of quasi-urbanization regions in China, that is to say, construction-land fragmentation, compared with construction land growth, is a more determinant element for the environmental quality of urban and rural areas.
