PROTECTION AND RENOVATION PROGRAM OF CHINESE-BAROQUE HISTORIC BLOCK IN HARBIN

哈尔滨市道外区中华巴洛克历史街区历史悠久,文化积淀丰富,街巷、院落、建筑及民俗文化都具有重要的历史价值和人文价值。中华巴洛克历史街区的保护与更新规划是基于文化生态及有机更新等理念,从物质文化形态层面、文化与社会经济层面及文化价值与社会层面进行的保护和更新。在保护历史街区的前提下延续城市文脉、提升区域的活力、创造与时代背景相融合的新文化,为传统风貌的保护和地域文化的传承,实现历史文化街区的全面复兴,探索适合历史文化街区的可持续发展之路。

With long history and abundant cultural heritages, the Chinese-Baroque historic block in Daowai District of Harbin has important humanistic and historic values including its streets, courtyards, architecture and folk culture. The protection and renovation program of the Chinese- Baroque historic block is based on the idea of cultural ecology and organic renewal and is carried out from the aspects of physical and cultural form, culture and social economy, and cultural value and society. On the premise of protecting the historic block, urban context is stretched, district vigor is enhanced and new culture integrated with era background is created, so as to explore the way of sustainable development suitable for historic block and to realize the comprehensive rehabilitation of historic block for the inheritance of historic culture.
