蔗糖酯是一类新型高效乳化剂和生物表面活性剂,工业应用广泛。介绍了蔗糖酯的主要特点及现有的生物合成方法和提取方法,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
Sucrose ester is a novel kind of efficient emulsifier and biological surfactant,which has a wide range of applications in industry.This study introduces the main features and the existing methods of biosynthesis and extraction for sucrose esters,and forecasts the prospect of their developments.
