摘要
研究了碱性铜锡合金镀液中用自动电位滴定法测定游离氢氧化钾的条件和方法。实验结果表明,以pH复合电极为指示电极,设定滴定终点为pH=11.52时,共存的氰化钾和酒石酸钾不干扰测定。方法具有较高的准确度和精密度,而且操作简便快捷,7 m in内能打印出分析结果。
This paper had studied on conditions and method of free potassium hydroxide determination in coppertin alloy cyanide plating bath by automatic potentiomettic titration,Test show that coexisting potassium cyanide and potassium bitartrate don' t disturb the determination when designed and point of titration is pH = 11.52, by pH composite electrode to indicating electrode. This method raise analytical accuracy and precision. This method is simple and fast,and cuts result in 7 min.
