摘要
针对含起泡剂的气田采出水特点配制模拟水样,研究了其自然沉降特性和在絮凝剂PAC-PAM最佳投加量下的沉降特性,并考察了起泡剂含量对气田采出水絮凝沉降特性的影响。结果表明:含起泡剂的气田采出水自然沉降性能不好,投加PAC-PAM后可有效改善沉降性能,变化规律与自然沉降相似,即沉降4 h后,SS值的变化幅度不大;PAC-PAM可处理起泡剂含量在0.2%以下的气田采出水,SS去除率达94%以上;起泡剂含量在0.40%以下时对污水的粘度和粒径的影响不大,但是从很大程度上影响其沉降性能,加大了气田采出水处理难度。
The experimental samples were made in accordance with the characteristic quality of the gasfield produced-water.Their settlement characteristics under the natural condition and the optimal addition dosage with PAC-PAM were comparatively studied.On this basis,the effect of initial frother content on the flocculation was investigated.The results showed that the adding of PAC-PAM enhanced the settlement characteristics compared with the poor precipitation performance of natural one;PAC-PAM could handle the gasfield produced-water when the frother content was less than 0.2% and the SS removal rate could reach above 94%;The existence of frother whose content was below 0.40% had little effect on the viscosity and particle diameter of the wastewater,but exerted great influence on its settlement characteristics,so it became more difficult to treat gasfield produced-water.
