生物絮凝剂的絮凝活性及絮凝条件研究 被引量:2

摘要 从活性污泥中筛选得到1株絮凝活性较高且稳定的菌株,命名为C4-3,对其絮凝活性及絮凝条件进行了研究。结果表明,C4-3的絮凝活性物质主要为菌体分泌物;在絮凝剂投加量为1 mL.(100 mL)-1、1%CaCl2助凝剂投加量为1~6 mL、pH值为8.0~11.0的絮凝条件下,C4-3对1~7 g.L-1高岭土悬浊液模拟废水的絮凝效果较好,且具有广泛的pH值适应性、良好的热稳定性,适于工业化生产。 Flocculant-producing bacterium named as C4-3 which had higher and stable flocculation activity was isolated from the activated sludge,and its flocculation activity and flocculation conditions were investigated.The result showed that,the flocculation active substances produced by C4-3 were mainly its extracellular metabolites.For 1~7 g·L-1 Kaolin clay suspension,the bioflocculant exhibited effective flocculation performance under the conditions as follows: bioflocculant amount of 1 mL·(100 mL)-1,coagulant aid 1% CaCl2 amount of 1~6 mL,pH value of 8.0~11.0.In addition,the bioflocculant could be applied in a wide pH value range with good thermostability,so it was suitable for industrial production.
