对民办高职外聘教师教学质量管理及保障措施的思考

教师是学校的主力军,是学校的核心竞争力因素,优良的师资队伍是高职院校加强内涵建设和可持续发展的重要保障,是学校生存的基础。许多民办高职院校由于师资短缺到校外聘请教师,而外聘教师在教学中存在的种种问题也会影响到院校的教学质量。外聘教师师资队伍建设是民办院校师资队伍建设中的一项事关学校战略性、全局性的工作,民办院校要从学校事业发展的大局出发,充分认识外聘教师队伍在教学中存在的问题,并采取有效的管理措施加以改进,确保与校内专职教师有效结合做好学院的教学工作,保证教学质量。

Teachers are the main troops of a school,and one of the important factors for core competitiveness in a school.Excellent teaching team is the important assurance for a school to strengthen its construction of cultivation,is the foundation of surviving.Many vocational colleges once hired some part-time teachers from other schools.These teachers have a lot of troubled issues that will influence the whole school＇s education quality.So the construction of part-time teachers＇ team is a strategic and overall work for private colleges.Private colleges should start off on the basis of school＇s development and fully realize the possible problems in the teaching process of those part-time teachers,solving them in practical ways,and at the same time trying to improve them to make sure they can cooperate with the full-time teachers.Therefore,they can finish the teaching assignment with high quality.
