校县共建下贫困地区中学音乐校本教材开发的重要性分析——以陕西陇县、旬邑县为例

摘要 校本课程属于新一轮基础教育课程改革所尝试构建的"三级课程"管理框架,校本教材开发将对我国实施基础教育课程改革和素质教育发展起到积极的推动作用。本文以陕西师范大学与陕西省陇县、旬邑县签订的《校县共建教育发展工程协议》为背景,分析了两县音乐教学现状所存在的问题,讨论了校本教材开发对两县中学音乐教学的重要性,认为西部贫困中学改善音乐教育现状需要进行校本教材的开发。 School-based textbook is an administrative framework of "three-level curriculum" under construction of newly foundational education reform.It is beneficial for the implement of foundational education reform and development of quality education.Under the background of "engineering agreement on education development under university(Shaanxi Normal University) and counties(Long and Xunyi counties in Shaanxi)",the prospective of music teaching was discussed from Long and Xunyi counties in Shaanxi.The influence of development of music curriculum was analyzed on the music teaching in middle school from Long and Xunyi counties.It was very necessary to develop the school-based curriculum for the improvement of present music education in middle schools from China's underdeveloped regions.
