摘要 噬菌体及其裂解酶作为针对细菌性感染疾病的新型治疗制剂,可以特异性的杀灭病原菌,具有很大的应用潜力。本研究主要概述了噬菌体及其裂解酶的研究现状及其最新的应用策略。 As novel therapeutic agents against bacterial infections,phage and endolysin can specifically kill pathogens,possessing great potential for application.This article outlines the latest research and application strategy of phage and endolyin.
