文章以周吉先生在世时常常提到的音乐学家的"守土职责"为基础,结合新疆音乐教育工作者的使命,以新疆"原生"音乐的保护与高校音乐教学模式的改革为核心,讨论了"双重乐感"的理论与教学实践模式在新疆高师音乐教育领域中的探索与发展。

Based on the idea of ＂Responsibities of Protection of Original Primitive Music＂put forward by Mr.ZhouJi,the mission of music educational workers in Xinjiang amd the protection of the primitive music in Xinjiang and reform of musical teaching mode in higher schools,this article discusses the exploration and development of the theory and teaching mode of ＂Double Music Sense＂in the field of music education in Xinjiang higher schools.
