Introduction of European Countries Remuneration Systems for Pharmacists

目的: 了解欧洲主要国家药学服务补偿体系,方式及水平。方法:通过文献检索及欧盟各国药学调查评估报告进行整理。结果:欧洲国家药学服务补偿体系分为加成补偿体系及混合体系,加成补偿体系包括固定比率加成,替换权利和差别差率加成。结论:欧洲国家通过专业化药师定位,使药师真正成为医疗合作团队成员,从而促进合理用药并降低医疗费用的做法值得我们借鉴。

Objective： To find out the remuneration systems, mode and levels for pharmacists in European countries. Method： Document retrieval was adopted, and report of surveying, assessing and analyzing the Pharmaceutical Sector in the 25 EU member states was made. Results： Mark-up systems and mixed systems were used for remuneration in European countries, while mark-up systems include the percentage mark-up, rights of substitution and graduation of the mark-up. Conclusions： We can learn from Europe through the strategy of specialized pharmacists positioning and make them the key member of a health care team, thus to contribute rational use of drug and reduce the medical cost.
