摘要 目的: 了解欧洲主要国家药学服务补偿体系,方式及水平。方法:通过文献检索及欧盟各国药学调查评估报告进行整理。结果:欧洲国家药学服务补偿体系分为加成补偿体系及混合体系,加成补偿体系包括固定比率加成,替换权利和差别差率加成。结论:欧洲国家通过专业化药师定位,使药师真正成为医疗合作团队成员,从而促进合理用药并降低医疗费用的做法值得我们借鉴。 Objective: To find out the remuneration systems, mode and levels for pharmacists in European countries. Method: Document retrieval was adopted, and report of surveying, assessing and analyzing the Pharmaceutical Sector in the 25 EU member states was made. Results: Mark-up systems and mixed systems were used for remuneration in European countries, while mark-up systems include the percentage mark-up, rights of substitution and graduation of the mark-up. Conclusions: We can learn from Europe through the strategy of specialized pharmacists positioning and make them the key member of a health care team, thus to contribute rational use of drug and reduce the medical cost.
