硝酸酯类药物的临床应用与选用比较

Clinical Application and Comparison of Nitrates

目的:促进临床合理用药,减少药物不良反应和耐药现象。方法:查阅相关文献资料,对硝酸酯类药物的种类、剂型、机制、药代动力学和药效学等方面进行综述。结果:硝酸酯类药物的结构和剂型不同,药动学有差异,临床用途不同。结论:合理选用不同种类和不同剂型的硝酸酯类药物具有重要的临床意义,临床应予以重视。

Objective. To promote rational use of drugs in clinical application, and decrease the incidence rates of adverse drug reaction and drug resistance. Methods： Refer to relevant literatures. The types, formulations, mechnism, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of nitrate were reviewed. Results： Due to difference in the structure and formulations of nitrates, there are differences in their pharmacokinetics and clinical use. Conclusions： It is of great importance in reasonable selecting of different types and formulations of nitrates.
