Literature Review and Evaluation of the Efficacy and Safety of Nimesulide

尼美舒利是一个应用广泛的非甾体抗炎药,具有起效快等特点,临床主要用于镇痛,如骨关节炎疼痛和原发性痛经的治疗,也用于婴幼儿的退热。最近,随着尼美舒利安全性问题特别是可能导致肝脏毒性(如爆发性肝衰竭)的讨论,临床对其安全性关注较多。本文通过检索PubMed、EMBASE和CBM中尼美舒利安全性的相关文献,对其有效性和安全性进行综述和评价,供临床参考。

Nimesulide, which was a widely used non-steroidal antiinflammatory drugs （NSAIDs） with a characteristic of rapid onset, had been mainly used to relieve pains such as ostarthritis pain and primary menalgia, and treat fever in children. Recently the safety of nimesulide especially suspected drug induced hepatotoxicity （eg. fulminant hepatic failure） was paid much attention by clinical staffs. So the efficacy and safety of nimesulide was reviewed and evaluated through searching PubMed, EMBASE and CBM to provide valuable reference for clinical staffs.
