摘要
目的:对国内上市的前列腺素类抗青光眼药物,尤其是前列腺素F_(2α)(PGF_(2α))进行比较。方法:查阅文献,从此类药物的基本情况、化学结构、作用机制、疗效等方面进行总结。结果与讨论:该类药物疗效上无统计学差异,药物成本效益不同。
Objective： To compare the prostaglandins anti-glaucoma medicines at home, especially prostaglandin F2a（PGF2a）. Methods： Looking up the literatures, the basic situation, the chemical structures, the mechanisms of prostaglandins and therapeutic effects for ocular hypertension were reviewed. Results ＆ Conclusion： Prostaglandins were not statistically different on the therapeutic effects, but were different on the pharmaceutical economics.
