Main Elements of Rationality in Privileges

天理,即自然法。以是否符合天理为标准,特权有合理与不合理之分。符合天理者为合理之特权,违反天理者为不合理之特权。特权的合理性要件有:特权不应违背善良风俗,特权宜顺应经济基础与政治发展的要求,特权宜源自公正的社会分层,特权所占用的社会资源要合理适度。

Privileges can be thought of as rational or irrational according to whether a certain privilege accords with heavenly principles,which can also be called the natural approach.A privilege is rational when it is consistent with the natural approach and irrational when it is not.The main ele ments of rationality in privileges include the following： a privilege is not to go against good custom,it ought to conform to requirements of economic basis and political development,it should originate from the fair social stratif ication and take up social resources in an appropriate and reasonable way.
