How to Choose a Mode for China’s Startup Procedure of Judicial Expertise

基于目前实践中鉴定启动程序存在问题较多,并且立法相对滞后,如何完善当前的司法鉴定启动程序是一个刻不容缓的课题。笔者借鉴国外先进经验并与我国实际情况相结合,对于完善鉴定启动程序作出尝试性回答。

It is urgent for us to make a research on how to improve the current startup procedure of judicial expertise as there exist a number of related problems in practice,and legislation in this aspect relatively lags behind.The author makes use of advanced foreign experience,aiming to come up with suggestions about how to improve the startup procedure of judicial expertise on basis of China’s actualities.
