摘要
在计算机网络技术迅速普及的今天,利用互联网实施犯罪的现象也日渐增多。现有的法律尚不能有效遏制计算机网络犯罪。本文就完善相关立法、完善网络监督机制及加强防范计算机网络犯罪对策进行探讨。
Cybercrimes are increasing day by day with the fast spread of Internet technologies.The existing laws are unable to prevent cybercrime eff iciently.This article explores how to improve relevant legislation and the mechanism for supervision over cyberspace and how to strengthen precautionary countermeasures against cybercrime.
