摘要
本文论述了美国法律援助制度发展状况、美国法律援助工作的特点和优点,分析了美国法律援助工作存在的问题,指出了美国法律援助对我国法律援助工作的借鉴作用。
This article gives a brief introduction to the development of the legal aid system in the United States,discusses the characteristics and advantages of the system,analyzes existing problems in their legal aid work and points out that we can draw on the experience of American legal aid in the legal aid work in China.
