论和谐社会视角下的分配正义

On Distributive Justice From the Perspective of Harmonious Society

分配正义是当今社会发展过程中的一个重大理论和现实问题。借鉴西方罗尔斯的分配正义理论,从构建和谐社会的视角讨论了中国当代的分配正义问题。构建和谐社会的基础是要在社会政治经济活动中实现和谐制度安排,建立和完善利益协调机制,但分配正义是实现和谐制度安排的本质所在,是建设社会主义和谐社会的客观要求,是构建和谐社会的伦理基础。最后对和谐社会视角下的分配正义实现路径作了一些探讨。

Distributive justice is an important academic and practical problem in current society.With reference to the Western Rawls＇ theory of distributive justice,this paper discusses the problem of distributive justice in contemporary China mainly from the perspective of building a harmonious society.The basis of building a harmonious society is to achieve harmonious institutional arrangements in the social and political activities,to establish and perfect the interests of the coordination mechanism.However,distributive justice is the essence to achieve harmonious institutional arrangements.It is the objective requirement of building a harmonious society and the Ethical dimension of the establishment of harmonious society as well.Finally,the author discusses how to realize distributive justice from the perspective of harmonious society.
