作为士人的阮籍志在追求人生的内在超越,而内在超越的终极目标是君子人格。在魏晋交替之际,阮籍的这种追求既不被统治者认可,也不被"礼法之士"认同,但是阮籍不为所动,在行为上坚持遵守礼法,在文赋中反驳礼法,在诗作中流露出追求得不到的苦闷与无奈,这些又都体现在其矜持与放逸的外在风格之上。在一个不清明的时代,阮籍保持了一个士人真诚的个性。

As a philistine,Ruanji＇s ultimate goal is a gentleman personality aiming at the pursuit of life＇ inner transcendence.In Weijin period,his pursuit is neither accepted by rulers,nor approved by decorums philistines;however,Ruanji remained unmoved.He not only insisted on behavior complied with propriety,but also retorted decorums in the lyrics,his poems show unintentionally anguish and helpless, which are both reflected in his restrained and open external style.In an era of corruption,Ruan ji had been maintaining a scholar＇s his personality.
