摘要
中国高等教育在经历了跨越式的发展后,急需评估政策对质量加以拷问。但评估政策作用的发挥受到诸如文本限度、价值限度、权力限度以及执行限度等方面的制约和影响,这些客观因素成为评估政策运行的阻碍。在评估实践中,我们应正视这种能力限度,自觉采取相应的对策,使评估实效最大化。
After the leap-over development of higher education in China,The quality assessment policies are needed to check the quality of higher education.However,the function of the assessment policy is subjected to many factors,such as the text,value,power and implementation,all of which are the obstacles to the assessment policies.Therefore,in order to bring the policy into play,more attention should be paid to the limitation,and more countermeasures should be taken to maximize the effect.
