摘要
主观的制度设计必需依据客观规律来进行。大学教师管理制度的设计要受其所处组织的特点、管理制度的主要目的、管理制度的主导执行方式、大学教师知识资本特点等客观要求的制约。要制定良好的大学教师管理制度就必需遵循以下的制度建设原则:制度要符合组织的特性;制度要符合伦理性、正义性的要求;尽量获得大学教师对制度的认同;制度制定过程中要保证大学教师的参与权并遵从合理的程序;可为大学教师教学科研工作提供较为宽松的制度环境;制度要合理兼顾和平衡大学组织与大学教师的利益。
The subjective design should be based upon the objective laws.The design of university teachers' management system is restricted by the objective requests,which include the characteristics of organization,goal,dominant execution,characters of teachers' knowledge.In establishing an excellent university teachers' management system,the following principles must be observed,corresponding to the characteristics of organization,to the moral check,political demand,reasonable consideration,to the full identification of university teachers,to the assurance of teachers' participation rights and reasonable procedures,to the loose system environment for university teachers' teaching and scientific research,and to the balance between the benefit of university organization and that of university teachers.
