On the Problem of New-generation Rural Migrant Workers' Entering Cities and Its Countermeasure under Harmonious Society

已经成为农民工和产业工人的主体新生代农民工的融城愿望,陷入了目前的制度框架下的困境。只有从户籍制度改革、社会保障制度、劳动就业制度、提升素质和能力、加强思想政治教育等多个层面进行改革,才能较为全面地解决新生代农民工融城问题。

The desire of entering cities of the new-generation rural migrant workers who are to be rural migrant workers and industrial workers has fallen into the dilemmas under institutional framework.Only when we reform the household registration system,social security system,employment system,much improvement of the new-generation rural migrant workers＇ quality and abilities,and strengthening of ideological and political education can we solve the problem of new-generation rural migrant workers＇ entering cities.
