高职校园文化是高职院校赖以生存和发展的重要根基和不竭动力,是学校的精神和灵魂。把"精致化"管理理论引入到高职院校校园文化建设中,以"精致化"要求推进高职校园文化建设,必将带来高职校园文化建设的创新。
Campus culture is the basis and impetus of the higher vocational college＇s survive and thrive,spirit and soul.The article attempts to analyze the relationship of the connotation of delicacy management and campus cultural development,and put forward the thought of promoting campus culture in higher vocational college by delicacy management according to actual situation of higher vocational college.
