针对目前我国高职教育校企合作存在的问题,高职院校应该秉承创新办学理念,在校企合作方面,调整办学思路,主动提升自身实力,加快与企业间的交流,将企业管理理念引入教学环节,学生置身于企业氛围当中,缩短磨合时间,创造更好效益。引进"预就业"模式,加强学院与企业的交流合作,推进我国职业教育的发展。

Facing the problem lying in the school-enterprise cooperation,vocational colleges should excavate the way of running schools,and improve self-strength,speed up the connection between the colleges and the enterprises.Through drawing the management skills of the enterprise into teaching courses,we can put our students into the working plots,shorten the fit-time and create the high profits.Leading to the working mode of pre-employment is to develop our vocational education.
