Indoor Experiment Essence of Multilayer Well Tester

为了能使多分层试井仪更好地应用于油田现场，在室内研究中，必须对仪器主要器件、部件进行性能调试。介绍几种较为重要的室内实验，如校验定值泄压阀、密封阀，测验双封隔器轴向拉拔力，模拟测试地层流体流动压力曲线。这几项实验研究为仪器在油田的实际应用提供依据，将提高多分层试井仪在应用中的可靠性和安全性.

Multilayer is a kind of wireline formation dynamic testing device which is used in product well and mechatronics. In indoor research the main parts of the device must be adjusted functionally, and the actual situation must also be taken into account and meanwhile the research can be carried out accordingly so that this device can be better used in oil well. This thesis mainly introduce several important indoor researches, such as checking the relief valve and seal valve, testing the axial drawing force of dual packer, dummy testing the pressure curve of the formation fluid. The study of these experiments can be used to provide reference for the application of the device in the field and improve the reliability and safety of the application of the multilayer.
