油管输送式射孔技术起爆方式的设计与应用分析 被引量:17

摘要 油管输送式射孔技术的起爆方式有很多种,如果起爆方式选择不合理则会导致起爆失败,造成射孔作业返工。针对大庆油田补孔井、常规新井、深井和水平井不同的井况,分析了油管输送式射孔技术压力开孔起爆方式、投棒开孔起爆方式、单向延时压力起爆方式等不同起爆方式的优点和适用范围,优选出了油管输送式射孔起爆方式的规律,提高了油管输送式射孔的一次成功率。 There are many kinds of detonating models of tubing conveyed perforation technology. If the unreasonably detonating models are chosen, the tubing conveyed perforation will suffer defeat and it must be started all over again. On the basis of mending hole well, conventional new well, deep well and horizontal well of Daqing oilfield,the relative merits and range of application are analyzed about the pressure-tipping detonating model, throw-tipping detonating model, unidirectional delay detonating model, differential pressure delay detonating model and two-way delay detonating model. The optimization of detonating models provides scientific and theoretical basis for tubing conveyed perforation technology. This technique had improved one-time success ratio for perforation and achieved great economic profits.
