摘要
利用GT-POWER软件,建立发动机工作过程模型,对影响发动机燃油经济性的主要参数进行模拟计算,基于模拟结果,分析各参数对发动机燃油经济性的影响,得出计算工况下获得最佳经济性对应的参数值。对点火提前角、进气门迟闭角及空燃比耦合作用下发动机的工作过程进行优化计算,优化后的油耗率比单独改变三个参数时的最低值分别降低了0.11%、4.37%和0.73%。最后对各参数进行灵敏度分析,得出三个参数中空燃比对油耗率的影响最大.
The working process model of an engine is established by using the software GT-POWER.The main parameters which affect the engine fuel economy are simulated,the influences of the parameters are analyzed and the best parameter values are obtained based on the simulated results.An optimized calculation,which is carried out under the coupling influences of the spark angle,the intake valve close angle and the air-fuel ratio,is made and the fuel consumption rate is reduced respectively 0.11%,4.37% and 0.73% compared with changing only one parameter each time.At last the sensitivity of each parameter is analyzed,and we know that the air-fuel ratio is much more important the other two parameters.
