摘要
CPU芯片的散热对其是否能够正常运作起到关键作用,因此对CPU散热研究有重要意义,强迫风冷CPU散热是最为常用的一种散热方法。根据皮托管原理测出水位差,计算出风速、雷诺数、边界层厚度;通过散热器的总散热效率和总散热量设计出等截面直肋散热片的结构.
The heat dissipation of CPU plays an important role for its function,so it is necessary to study the heat dissipation of CPU.CPU cooler with forced cooling is a common solution to heat dissipation at present.Based on the principle of Pitot tube,the water level difference of the Pitot tube is measured,wind speed,Reynolds number,boundary layer thickness are calculated;Structural design for the equal cross-section straight-fin heat sink is made through the radiator total cooling efficiency and the total heat dissipating capacity.
