高校辅导员须具备“三心一体”

高校辅导员被赋予多种角色,具有多种重要作用。随着我国政治、经济等社会生活的深刻变革和高等教育改革的逐步深入,辅导员面对的问题与挑战也越来越多,从而对高校辅导员的要求也越来越高。因此,要做一名合格的高校辅导员,还须具备"三心一体"。即:爱心、细心、责任心、身体素质条件。

College instructors are given a variety of parts with a lot of important roles.With the changes of China＇s political,economic and other social life and the gradual the deepening of reform of higher education,Problems and challenges faced by college instructors are becoming more and more.So higher requirments are given to college instructors.To be a qualified college counselor,＂three heart together with physical condition＂are needed.Namely：love,care,responsibility,and physical condition.
