摘要 家校冲突在学校时有发生,对学校教育、教学工作带来了较大影响。随机选取了六盘水市四个区县的11所学校92名教师进行调查,分析家校冲突的特点,探寻家校冲突这一现象背后的深层原因,寻求解决的办法,最后提出了三点思考:家校关系背后传统教育向现代教育转轨过程中的观念、行为冲突;"普九"工作中《义务教育法》"执法",混乱了教师角色,消解了学校权威和教师权威,混淆了家长认识,放大了学校责任,弱化了家长的责任意识;如果家校关系演化为类"医患关系",对教育意味着什么? Parents-school conflicts occur from time to time in primary and secondary schools,which brings great impact on school education and teaching.Ninety-two teachers from eleven different schools in four districts and counties in Liupanshui are chosen randomly to be investigated in this paper.The author tries to analyze the features of parents-school conflicts,explore the deep reasons in this phenomenon and find the solution to it.Finally,three ideas are presented as follows:The concept and behavior conflicts occurred in the process of transition from traditional education to modern education,which is behind the parents-school relationship;The enforcement of Compulsory Education Law in universal education work confuses the teacher's role,dispels the authority of schools and teachers,confounds the parents' cognitions,enlarges the school's responsibility and weakens the responsible awareness of parents;What it means to education if the parents-school relationship evolves to the way like the doctor-patient relationship.In meanwhile,the author proposes certain solutions to it.
