韩愈在《师说》中提到:古之学者必有师。师者,所以传道授业解惑也。班主任是一个班级的组织者、教育者和管理者,是学生健康成长的关护者,他能对学生产生全面的影响,班主任引导方法的积极与否关系到学生成长的好与坏,学生眼中的班主任是什么样的,学生喜欢什么样的班主任,笔者就这些问题进行阐述。
