生物技术专业毕业生实习带教的几点思考

The Teaching Experience of Graduates Practice for Biotechnology Specialty

毕业实习是十分重要的教学环节之一。本文从生物技术专业的特点出发,对本科毕业生在实习过程中涉及的合作精神、毕业论文的设计、学生实践动手能力的培养等多个方面进行了阐述,对如何提高学生的团队协作精神、调动学生的学习自主性,锻炼学生的实践能力,培养学生的创新精神等措施进行了探讨。

The practice for graduates was one of the very important teaching activities.According to the features of the biotechnology specialty,this paper discussed cooperation and team player,graduation thesis,actual practice ability,and so on.And then we discussed how to improve the abilities of team spirit,mobilize graduates the learning autonomy,and build up a task performed or problem solved abilities in order to develop a spirit of innovation.
