摘要
本文以政府和市场博弈的全新视角,通过对一个经济模型的考察,提出中国房地产的治理问题,实质在于重新审视和调整政府和市场博弈关系,并以此提出了一些建议。
This article just raises the management problems of Chinese real estate in a completely new visual angle on government and market gambling by one observation of an economical model.The essence relies on rediscovering and adjusting the gambling relationship between government and market.Depend on this result,some measures should be carry out.
