Professor Xu Rongqian's experience on application of Wuhu Decoction in treating children's lung system diseases

小儿基本的生理特点为"体禀少阳",其肌肤薄嫩,卫外不固,易于感受外邪,而外邪不论入侵皮毛还是口鼻,最终内归于肺。所以肺系病证在小儿疾病中发病率很高。导师徐荣谦教授根据本病特点,在临床上采用儿科名方五虎汤随症加减治疗,临床疗效显著。

Basic physiological characteristics of children belongs to ＂Lack of Yang theory＂,and the skin of children is thin and defenseless,easy to be subjected by the disease.Invasion of disease whether from superficial skin or nose and mouth,eventually attributed to the lung.To sum up,respiratory disease has a high incidence for children.Professor Xu Rongqian,according to the characteristics of this disease,adopts Wuhu Decoction with addition and subtraction and obtained a significant clinical effect.
