针刺推拿治疗小儿分娩性臂丛神经损伤16例

Acupuncture and massage treatment of 16 cases of children with obstetric brachial plexus injury

目的：观察针刺推拿治疗小儿分娩性臂丛神经损伤的临床疗效。方法：16例分娩性臂丛神经损伤患儿采取针刺推拿治疗,针刺取穴以阳明经穴为主,推拿部位以阳明经及其穴位为主,每日各治疗1次,20 d为1个疗程。结果：经3-10个疗程治疗后,痊愈10例,显效1例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率93.0%。结论：针刺结合推拿治疗小儿分娩性臂丛神经损伤疗效肯定,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and massage treatment of children with obstetric brachial plexus injury.Methods： 16 cases of children with obstetric brachial plexus injury were treated with Yangming-point-based acupuncture,with Yangming point mainly as the massage area,once a day and 20 days as a course of treatment.Results： After 3 to 10 courses of treatment,10 cases recovered,1 case with markedly effective,4 cases effective and 1 case with no effect.The total effective rate was 93.0%.Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with massage for treatment of obstetric brachial plexus injury in children is effective and worthy of clinical application.
