摘要
目的观察重型肝炎患者采用血浆置换治疗前后凝血功能的变化情况。方法 46例重型肝病患者在综合治疗的基础上经血浆置换,通过观察凝血功能的变化,判断分析血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效。结果经血浆置换治疗后凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血酶原激活时间(APTT)、凝血酶原凝固时间(TT)均有不同程度的缩短(P<0.05),纤维蛋白原(Fib)无显著改变(P>0.05)。结论在综合治疗的基础上血浆置换是治疗重型肝病一种有效的手段。
Objective To explore the effects of blood coagulant function on fulminant hepatitis patients treated by plasma exchange. Methods 46 fulminant hepatitis patients were treated by plasma exchange based on multi-modality treatment. To examine the change of blood coagulant function,the clinical efficacy of fulminant hepatitis patients was evaluated. Results After plasma exchange treatment,prothrombin time.activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）, thrombin time（TT）was reduced in various degree. Conclusion Plasma exchange based on multi modality treatment was an effective therapy method for fulminant hepatitis.
