再议教育公平的法制化

当今中国社会经济的发展与教育公平之间的矛盾日益加剧,只有推动教育公平法制化才能解决矛盾,而政府应该成为教育法制化的主体,而非"局外人"。

Nowadays,when the growing conflicts between education fairness with the social economic development in China,the only way to solve the problem is to promote educational equity,and the government should become the main body of legal education,rather than ＂outsiders.＂
