Distance teaching as the most important on the Internet,one of the typical critical applications,has been recognized as continuing to build lifelong learning and national system of education to basically achieve channels.Along with CNGI＇s first nationwide demonstration network-CERNET2 the opening,distance learning as a common communication platform CNGI,one of the major typical application was put on the agenda.
