摘要
本文把教师行为研究作为理论铺垫,以教学行为调查为依据,试图从教育能力的层面上阐述英语教师在课堂中获得教学自我能力和职业发展的重要性。
this paper studies the teacher behavior as theoretical foil,based on teaching behavior survey in education ability attempts from the level of English teachers in the classroom this gain teaching self ability and the importance of career development.
