摘要
本文研究了实施绩效工资改革后可能造成的教师矛盾内化、直接经济触动力减弱及人才流动性增强等一系列导致学校发展动力不足的问题,并从经济基础与上层建筑之间的基本关系入手,提出非义务教育阶段学校的管理者有必要通过唤醒教师职业理想来补充学校发展的动力及抵御市场经济条件下以金钱来衡量一切的不良倾向。
This article researches into the possible problem of insufficient motivations for the development of a school after putting the performance-related pay in practice,and propose that it is necessary for administrators to enhance the motivation for the development of a school as well as prevent a bad trend of judging everything on money in the market economy by arousing teachers' professional ideals,starting from the relation-ship between the economic base and the superstructure.
