摘要
本文通过对五年制师范院校班级的特点进行分析,提出了班级管理工作的几点方法,以期能够帮助教师更有效地加强班级管理工作,也希望更有效地促进学校德育工作的实施,全面增强学生的综合素质。
According to the analysis of the five-year normal classes＇ features,the essay puts forward several ways in terms of the class management which strengthen class management effectively.It also aims to acclerate the implement of school moral education management and enhance students＇ comprehensive abilities.
