摘要
对高职学院读者抱怨行为的前置因素进行分析,通过实证研究,提出了读者抱怨的调节因素:形成抱怨机制,鼓励抱怨;提升服务,减少抱怨。
Higher Institute of readers complained about the pre-factor analysis,through empirical research,the reader complained about the regulation of factors: the formation of complaints mechanisms to encourage complaints;to improve service and reduce complaints.
