高职院校就业工作院、系二级管理的尝试

The Atempts for Higher Secondary School Management Employment Department

面对大学生就业形势严峻的背景,高职院校毕业生就业存在一定的困难,传统的就业工作模式已不适应高职院的发展。本文通过云南能源职业技术学院对院、系二级毕业生就业工作机制的尝试,以推动高职院毕业生就业工作机制的建立。

Employment situation is grim face of the background of students,vocational college graduates there are some difficulties,the traditional mode of employment suited to the development of Higher Vocational School.In this paper,Yunnan Vocational Institute of Energy Technology,Department of the working mechanism of secondary graduates attempt to promote the employment of vocational graduates from the establishment of mechanisms.
