针灸配合中药熏洗治疗体育专业学生髌腱腱病疗效观察

Clinical effect of combining acupuncture and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine steaming to cure patellar tendon disorder

目的探讨针灸配合中药熏洗治疗髌腱腱病的疗效。方法 39例髌腱腱病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,其中治疗组20例,采用针灸配合中药熏洗治疗,对照组19例予超短波治疗,比较两种治法的疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为65.0%,总显效率为90.0%;对照组痊愈率为21.1%,总显效率为52.6%;治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论针灸配合中药熏洗治疗髌腱腱病疗效确切、优于单纯超短波治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combining acupuncture and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine steaming to cure patellar tendon disorder. Methods Based on the selection criteria, Thirty nine patients with patellar tendon disorder were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（n = 20） and control group （ n = 19）. The treatment group had been treated by combining acupuncture and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine steaming, and the control group by ultrashort wave therapy. The clinical curative effect had been compared between the two groups. Results The cure ratio was 65 % and the rate of both excellence and effective was 90% in the treatment group. The cure ratio was 21.1% and the rate of both excellence and effective was 52.6% in the control group. Both the cure ratio and the rate of both excellence and effective were obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion It is effective method combining acupuncture and moxibustion with traditional Chinese medicine steaming to cure patellar tendon disorder, and it is better than ultrashort wave therapy.
