薪酬制度效果模型与启示

摘要 薪酬制度效果是近年来组织薪酬决策研究的重要内容。围绕薪酬分选效应和激励效应的假设得到实证研究证实。研究结论已经证实绩效薪酬的分选效应不小于激励效应;个体特征导致分选效应和激励效应下降;就绩效薪酬对企业绩效的"低敏感性困惑"问题,薪酬分选效应理论比代理理论有更强的解释力。
