摘要
主要研究橡胶轴承支承下大型转子系统在具有不对中故障时的静态特性。首先采用有限元法并考虑了轴承不对中效应建立了系统的力学模型,根据橡胶轴承受力不均的特征提出了局部比压的概念。分析了某船舶螺旋桨—尾轴耦合系统的静态特性后发现,水平方向上轴承的不对中对轴承支反力的影响较小,而垂直方向上的不对中对支反力的影响较大,螺旋桨轴承的最大局部比压比平均比压大得多。结果同时显示在某些情况下,一定量的轴承不对中有可能改善橡胶轴承的受力和比压,而在另外一些情况下,则使轴承的受力和比压等静态特性趋于恶化。
Misalignment effect on the static characteristics of large rotor system supported on water-lubricated rubber bearings is studied in this paper.Firstly,the mechanical model of rotor system considering bearing misalignment is established by FEM,and the local pressure of water-lubricated rubber bearing is defined based on the asymmetric distribution of reaction force.Then,the statics of a propeller and stern shaft system is analyzed,the results show that the effects of misalignment in horizontal direction to the reaction force of rubber bearing can be neglected,however,those in vertical direction are considerable,and the maximum local pressure on rubber bearing is much larger than the mean one.The results also show that the vertical misalignments in some cases can improve the distribution of reaction force and its pressure of the rubber bearing;however in the other cases there is a tendency to deteriorate.
